We take pride in every product we create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Custom Items
All custom and personalized items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If there is an issue with your custom order, please email alison@letteredandluxe.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include:
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the details and work with you to make it right, if possible.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 10 days of purchase or delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Packaging must be intact
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
